Welcome to the 1% Conference. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the conference, the use of the event website, ticketing platforms, and any related services provided by the organizers.
The 1% Conference is a three-day live event focused on faith, leadership, identity, business, relationships, and legacy.

The organizers reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to programming, speakers, schedules, or event format if necessary.
When registering for the event, attendees may be required to provide personal information including name, email address, phone number, and payment details.
This information is used for:
Event registration and ticketing
Event communication and updates
Administrative and operational purposes
Your information will not be sold to third parties but may be shared with trusted service providers necessary to operate the event.
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless the event is officially canceled by the organizers.
Refunds will not be issued for circumstances including but not limited to:
Illness
Travel delays or cancellations
Scheduling conflicts
Personal emergencies
Failure to attend the event

Ticket transfers may be permitted up to a published deadline prior to the event.
Transfer requests must:
Be submitted in writing to [email protected]
Be submitted by the original ticket purchaser
Include the new attendee’s full name and contact information
Transfer requests submitted after the deadline may not be accommodated.
Tickets may not be resold above face value. Unauthorized resale may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund.

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.
Attendees agree to:
Follow all venue policies and security procedures
Comply with instructions from event staff and security personnel
Treat fellow attendees, speakers, and staff with respect
The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any attendee from the event without refund if behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of these Terms.
MEDIA AND RECORDING
The 1% Conference may be recorded, photographed, or live streamed.
By attending the event, you grant the organizers and their affiliates the irrevocable right to use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photographs, videos, recordings, or other media for promotional, marketing, educational, or commercial purposes without compensation.
While attendees may take personal notes or short clips unless otherwise restricted, recording full sessions, rebroadcasting event content, or commercial distribution of recordings is prohibited without written permission.
All conference materials, presentations, recordings, branding, and content are the intellectual property of the event organizers or the respective speakers.
No portion of the event content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.
Attendees assume responsibility for their personal well-being while attending the event.
All participants agree to comply with applicable venue rules, safety policies, and public health guidance in effect at the time of the event.
By attending the event, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel to and participation in a live event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or property loss.
The 1% Conference provides educational and inspirational content intended for personal and professional development.
The organizers do not guarantee any specific financial, business, personal, or spiritual outcomes as a result of attending the event.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the event organizers shall not be liable for:
Personal injury or illness
Loss or theft of personal property
Travel expenses
Indirect or consequential damages
In all circumstances, the total liability of the organizers shall not exceed the amount paid by the attendee for their ticket.
The organizers shall not be held responsible for failure to perform obligations if the event is canceled, postponed, or modified due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include but are not limited to:
Natural disasters
Public health emergencies
Government restrictions
Venue closures
Transportation disruptions
Labor disputes
In such cases, tickets may be transferred to a rescheduled event or future conference at the organizers’ discretion. Travel or accommodation expenses are not reimbursable.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
